Anna Lauree is a self taught, emerging artist, working primarily in oil. They employ frenzied strokes and vibrant colors, while exploring contemporary themes in abstraction. Their work explores the emotions found in interpersonal relationships, between past and present selves, as well as the relationship between the soul and body. Their exploration of humanity as both a voyeur and as a solo entity, lends itself to the quantity of touch found in their paintings.
